Your exclusive evening takes place in The Queens Gallery and the exhibition will be brought to life for your guests during a talk from a Buckingham Palace curator. To visit the new Amazing Rare Things exhibition at the Queens Gallery is a real treat because your visit will also include the re-presentation of Treasures from The Royal Collection, the most popular exhibition ever at the Queens Gallery, bringing together some of the most precious objects and art collected by our Royal Family during the last 500 years.
The extraordinary new exhibition "Amazing Rare Things - The Art of Natural History in the Age of Discovery"
This exhibition brings together the work of four artists and a collector who have shaped our knowledge of the world around us. Featuring Leonardo da Vinci, Cassiano dal Pozzo, Alexander Marshal, Maria Sibylla Merian and Mark Catesby.
Diverse figures in the world of art who shared a passion for enquiry and a fascination with the beautiful and bizarre in nature. The exhibition has been selected by curators of the Royal Collection in collaboration with Sir David Attenborough.
Following your time at the Palace, guests will enjoy a drinks reception and a choice of food on the move options at the superbly located Rubens Hotel opposite Buckingham Palace. The Rubens at the Palace is a traditionally furnished hotel with a well-earned reputation for excellent service and superior standards.
